About Andrew Lavin
I grew up in Chico in the East Avenues in a turn-of-the-century orchard house. I have always loved homes—from the quirky DIY build to the luxury listing. And I love using my media arts skills to showcase a home’s best qualities so that it can find the right buyer. Chico is my hometown, and I am a proud Northern California guy.
I have been in media production for well over ten years in professional and semi-professional roles. Before devoting myself full time to photography, I taught philosophy, ran a non-profit, and worked for the State of California. Now I am happy to be here in the town I love making beautiful images and videos to help homes find their next owners.

I serve the entire Northern California region. Anything within Chico is travel-fee free. Locations further than 10 miles come with a reasonable travel fee. If you can cover my travel, then I’ll come to you!
